ISV Anglada

ISV Anglada is an uncrewed heavy-logistics interstellar vehicle concept assigned to the intermediate deployment phase of the Proxima Centauri mission architecture.

The platform is defined to transport pre-positioned infrastructure, autonomous surface systems, bulk equipment, consumables, and mission-support assets required before sustained crewed operations can begin within the target planetary environment.

Its design role emphasizes cargo mass efficiency, autonomous transfer operations, long-duration subsystem reliability, and high-latency mission execution. ISV Anglada is not configured as a crewed transport; its primary function is to reduce operational risk for later human-rated stages by establishing equipment, logistics capacity, and surface-support capability in advance.

Propulsion, power management, navigation, and communication assumptions are derived from systems validated by earlier program elements, including DCMCAAFR-based continuous-acceleration flight and autonomous mission control. The vehicle therefore functions as a forward-defined logistics architecture rather than an active development article.
